FAQ

HOW MANY WASHES DOES RUBBIT FOAM 2.0 BOTTLE CAN PROVIDE?

Rabbit Foam 2.0 is a highly concentrated formula and can provide up to 25 washes depending on the size of your vehicle and how dirty it is. Eventually, it turns out to be very profitable. The average cost per wash is only $1, Buy the kit once, refill the foam forever.

IS RUBBIT FOAM SAFE AND SUITABLE FOR ALL CARS?

Yes! We developed 'Rubbit Foam 1.0' two years ago and tested it on every part and surface of the car. The formula has a neutral pH level and is based on eco-friendly ingredients that are safe and effective for your car's paint, metal parts, interior surfaces, rims and tires. As part of our pilot program, Rubbit Foam was tested on 10,000 customer cars. So we were able to test it in any weather conditions, and on any kind of dirt. Now we've gathered all the necessary feedback to develop an even more efficient, higher-quality formula - Rubbit Foam 2.0.

DOES RUBBIT WASH LEAVE SCRATCHES (SWIRLS) ON THE CAR LIKE MOST TUNNEL CAR WASHES?

No. Our unique Formula, along with the microfiber towels with the exact fiber density, the frequency of their cleaning (between washes), and the wiping method we demonstrate in the instructional video, ensure that the car's color will remain flawless. Auto machines typically have brushes that collect dirt from other cars. The brushes spin on your car, damaging the paint and scratching it.

IS RUBBIT WASH CAPABLE OF REMOVING DUST, MUD, AND BIRD DROPPINGS?

RUBBIT will get rid of dirt that would come off with a normal wash.
The dirt that's stuck might need another Foam spray to come off easily.
Rubbit Foam does not work like a 'magic' and isn't able to restore the car's color. Bird droppings left on a car for a long period of time will probably burn the paint. You can easily prevent this from now on by keeping Rubbit kit in your trunk and using it immediately when needed.

IS RUBBIT SAFE TO USE ON NANO CERAMIC COATING, VINYL, OR PPF WARPS?

Nothing to worry about. Most ceramic coatings can resist pH levels up to 12, while Rubbit's Foam has a neutral pH level (7). Rubbit is specially designed to maintain existing coatings and is based on developments in the detailing industry.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN THE MICROFIBER TOWELS?

After washing your car, the microfiber towels will be soaked with Rubbit Foam, so they already have a detergent to clean themselves. Wash the towels at 70-100°F degrees on a short to medium cycle in the washing machine, without adding any laundry powder or softeners. Towels can also be washed by hand in a bucket or tub of water. Make sure your towels are well dried before your next car wash (use the dryer or hang them up).

What is the main difference between the Rubbit e-Foamer and the Rubbit manual foamer?

As the name suggests, the electric foamer runs on a battery and doesn't require manual air pressure pumping like the manual foamer.

Will the Rubbit e-Foamer give a better cleaning result?

Not necessarily. The foam produced is essentially the same with only a slight variation in concentration. However, in terms of ease of use, it is more convenient to spray foam effortlessly with the push of a button.

How often does the Rubbit e-Foamer need to be charged?

A full charge, indicated by all three LED lights turning green, will be enough for at least 10 complete washes, using up all the liquid in the container each time. However, if the foamer is left unused for several months, the battery may discharge on its own and require a charge before the next use.

How much water and Rubbit Foam 2.0 should I mix in the Rubbit e-Foamer?

For every liter of water (34 oz), use 25 ml of Rubbit Foam (1 oz). Most family-sized cars will require 2 liters of water (68 oz) and 50 ml of foam (2 oz). Use the measuring cup provided in the box to ensure the correct ratio.

If I have leftover liquid in the container after use, can I save it for the next wash?

Yes, but it’s not recommended. Foam left diluted in the container may be less effective for the next wash. For the best results, we recommend mixing fresh water and foam for each use.

Where should I store the Rubbit e-Foamer after use?

As long as the temperature where you are is between 59-77°F (15-25°C), it’s fine to leave the kit in the car. However, if you live in an area with extreme heat or cold, it’s recommended to store the kit indoors in a shaded place.

Does the temperature of the water mixed with Rubbit Foam 2.0 matter?

No, standard tap water at room temperature will work perfectly.

Can the Rubbit e-Foamer be used with other products or for different purposes?

Yes, but it’s important to thoroughly rinse the container and run the foamer with clean water to flush the internal tubes and system before using it with Rubbit again.

How do I operate Rubbit e-Foamer?

A single press and hold will release foam until the button is released. Two quick presses within half a second will activate continuous spraying, which can be stopped with another press. Watch our how to video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/X1tE9ch3L3Y
